David is a graduate of Boston College and Cornell Law School, where he was elected to the Cornell Law Review. He also achieved an LLM in Taxation from the New York University School of Law and studied English Literature at Oxford University.
David practiced litigation law at two large law firms before becoming a business executive. He served as a senior officer at a Fortune 500 financial institution, where he focused on transactional risk insurance with respect to M&A and Taxation.
David offers over 25 years of industry experience and has placed thousands of senior level executives. He also provides consultation services to companies seeking to enter the transactional risk insurance industry or those seeking to grow their teams.
David is an avid golfer and strong supporter of charities that support immigrants, children and cancer research.
