Greenwich Executive Places Chris Anderson as Chief Counsel, Corporate, Securities & Finance at G

December 2018 – Chicago, IL. – The Greenwich Executive Group announced that it has placed Chris Anderson as Chief Counsel – Corporate, Securities & Finance with GE Healthcare. Mr. Anderson, who joins GE Healthcare from Kraft Foods, will report to the Company's General Counsel & Business Development Leader at the company’s global headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Anderson’s role is a newly created position necessitated by General Electric’s plan – announced in June 2018 – to spin off GE Healthcare into a separate public company. Mr. Anderson held a similar role at Kraft, where he oversaw a team of professionals responsible for a wide range of corporate and securities regulatory matters, and will serve as a legal advisor to the company’s management team and board of directors.
